Terms of Service

Last updated: August 9, 2026

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Outlaw Rodeo Company website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

2.Purpose of the Website

This website provides information about Outlaw Rodeo Company — our rodeos, events, services, booking opportunities, sponsorship opportunities, company history, entertainment, and related information.

Information shown on this website is provided for general informational purposes. It does not automatically create a contract, a confirmed booking, or a binding agreement of any kind.

3.Rodeo Tickets and Admission

Outlaw Rodeo Company does not currently sell tickets through this website. Tickets for applicable rodeo events are purchased at the gate with cash.

Admission prices and entry procedures may vary by event and by venue. Please review the information posted for the specific event, or contact Outlaw Rodeo Company with any questions about admission.

4.Rodeo and Event Bookings

Individuals, organizations, venues, fairs, festivals, communities, and other interested parties are welcome to contact Outlaw Rodeo Company to inquire about booking a rodeo or a related event.

Submitting an inquiry or otherwise contacting us does not guarantee:

  • availability
  • acceptance of the request
  • a specific date
  • a specific price
  • a confirmed booking

A booking is confirmed only after Outlaw Rodeo Company and the customer have reached the required agreement and completed whatever arrangements the company requires for that event.

5.Sponsorship Opportunities

Outlaw Rodeo Company may offer sponsorship opportunities or sponsorship packages in connection with its rodeos and events. Sponsorships are not purchased through this website.

Businesses, organizations, and individuals interested in sponsorship should contact Outlaw Rodeo Company directly to request current sponsorship information, availability, pricing, benefits, and requirements. Any sponsorship information described on this website is informational only and does not guarantee availability or create a sponsorship agreement.

6.Event Information and Changes

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate event information. Rodeos are live events, however, and circumstances may require changes to dates, times, locations, schedules, contestants, performers, entertainment, activities, or other event details.

Changes may occur because of weather, venue conditions, animal welfare or safety concerns, emergencies, circumstances involving performers or contestants, government requirements, or other circumstances outside of reasonable control.

7.Weather and Outdoor Events

Some rodeos are held outdoors, and weather or unsafe conditions can affect scheduling or event operations. If an event is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled, information about the event and admission will be communicated according to the circumstances of that particular event.

8.Rodeo Safety

Rodeos are live events involving animals, contestants, equipment, arena activity, crowds, and other conditions associated with rodeo entertainment. Guests attending an event should:

  • follow all venue rules
  • remain in designated spectator areas
  • observe restricted-area notices and barriers
  • follow reasonable instructions from event personnel
  • keep children properly supervised at all times

To the extent permitted by applicable law, guests attend events understanding that the conditions naturally associated with live rodeo activity are present.

9.Children and Families

Outlaw Rodeo Company promotes family-oriented entertainment. Children attending our events should remain appropriately supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult at all times.

10.Website Content

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that every event detail or piece of information will always be error-free or immediately updated. If you need confirmation of important event or booking information, please contact us directly.

The Outlaw Rodeo Company name, branding, logo, original written content, graphics, and other company-owned website materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or used without permission.

Some photographs, videos, music, artwork, logos, and other materials appearing on this website are owned by photographers, performers, contractors, organizations, vendors, licensors, or other third parties and remain the property of their respective owners.
